Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Primetrade Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates PrimeTrade Pro at https://primetrade.pro. By purchasing or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

We provide virtual private servers with a static IP address allotted to you, as a prepaid subscription. On managed application plans we also supply the PrimeTrade Pro order-execution software, which places, modifies and exits orders in your own broker account according to the alerts, rules and limits that you configure. Sections 2 and 3 apply to the application.

1A. Acceptable use of servers

You may not use a server for unlawful activity, sending spam, network attacks or scanning, hosting malware or phishing, infringing or illegal content, cryptocurrency mining, open proxies or relays, or anything that harms other customers or our network. You are responsible for the security of a self-managed server and for everything run on it. We may suspend a server without notice to stop abuse, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

2. No advice and no guarantee

We do not provide investment advice, research, recommendations, signals or strategies, and nothing on this website or in the software is to be read as such. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or stock broker. We make no promise of profit. All trading decisions and their results are yours alone.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and hold a broker account in your own name.
• You create and control your own broker API key, whitelist the static IP we allot to you, and log in to your broker yourself. You are the operator of your instance.
• You use the service only for your own account, or accounts of immediate family as your broker and exchange rules permit.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker, the exchanges and SEBI, including limits on order frequency.
• You must test your setup in paper mode before trading real money, and supervise it while it trades.
• You keep your dashboard address, webhook token and broker credentials confidential.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown on the Pricing page in Indian rupees and are payable in advance for each term, plus applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Broker, exchange and third-party charges are not included. If a renewal invoice is unpaid the service is paused, and the instance is deleted 30 days later.

5. Refunds and cancellation

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running during market hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties, including your broker's API, the exchanges, cloud and network providers, TradingView and Telegram. Orders can be delayed, rejected or missed for reasons outside our control. A stop-loss resting at the exchange is your primary protection in such cases.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The software, website and documentation belong to Primetrade Technologies Private Limited. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your instance during a paid term. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or sublicense the software.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the service if these terms are breached, if use is unlawful, or if required by a broker, exchange or authority. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
