Shipping and Delivery Policy

PrimeTrade Pro is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed we set up your server and email you its static IP address and login details, or your dashboard address and setup guide on a managed plan, at the email address given with your order.

Delivery time

Delivery is normally within 24 hours of payment and at most 3 business days. If we cannot deliver within 3 business days you are entitled to a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service area

The service is offered to customers in India who hold an account with a supported Indian broker.
